Tuition Waivers and Health Insurance

All students 1) in good standing [GPA at least 3.0], 2) who are supported on either a teaching or research assistantship, and 3) register for 9 credit hours per semester will receive a tuition waiver and health insurance for up to 10 semesters (note: student fees [~$800/semester] are not covered). For out-of-state U. S. residents, the student is expected to gain in-state residency.  It is the student's responsibility to pursue residency.  International students often will not be able to establish in-state residency.
