An early Drosophila melanogaster embryo.  DNA staining (DAPI - blue) shows the nuclei at the surface of the syncytial blastoderm embryo, which is stained with an antibody specific to Myc (green).  Myc staining is evident in nuclei and the posterior pole cells.
